Refund policy

Perishability of goods

When ordering perishable items during hot weather months, you must do so at your own discretion. We will do everything possible to limit heat exposure and to prevent damage, but we are not responsible for products that are left outside or unattended for prolonged periods of time, or are damaged during shipping.

It is important to put your perishable items in the refrigerator when you receive them.

Since all of our treats are preservative-free, they will go bad if not properly cared for.
Freshness cannot be not guaranteed if you do not adhere to the storage and consumption recommendations on each bag.  It is your responsibility to maintain freshness once you receive your order.

Returns and exchanges

For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable or exchangeable, except in cases in which Buff Cake Barkery has shipped the incorrect item. 

 

Refunds

We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. Please check the accuracy of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of your order. 

We will notify you once we’ve received your report and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
