Our dog treats are made with human-grade ingredients and require refrigeration upon arrival. To ensure freshness, we ship via Priority Mail (1-3 days). While we take every precaution to minimize heat exposure and prevent damage during transit, we cannot be responsible for products left outside or unattended for extended periods- especially in excessive heat.
For optimal freshness, treats should be consumed within 21 days if refrigerated. If you don’t plan to feed them within that timeframe, we recommend storing them in the freezer to maintain quality. Please consider this when placing your order.
